Non-Disclosure Agreement
This Non-Disclosure Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between the Company identified below ("Company") and the Employee identified in the signature section ("Employee").
1. Purpose
The Employee is engaged as a Digital Store Detective responsible for monitoring online surveillance cameras and supporting loss prevention efforts. This Agreement protects confidential information the Employee will access during their duties.
2. Confidential Information
Confidential Information includes: all video surveillance footage and recordings; camera locations and security system details; personal data of customers and employees observed on cameras; incident reports and theft data; login credentials and access codes; store layouts and security protocols; and any other proprietary business information.
3. Employee Obligations
The Employee agrees to: (a) keep all Confidential Information strictly confidential; (b) use such information only for performing assigned duties; (c) not share, copy, or disclose any information to unauthorized persons; (d) not use personal devices to record or capture any Confidential Information; (e) follow all Company security policies; and (f) report any security breaches immediately.
4. Duration
These confidentiality obligations remain in effect during employment and for five (5) years after termination. For personal data of individuals, obligations continue indefinitely.
5. Return of Materials
Upon termination, the Employee shall immediately return all materials containing Confidential Information and delete any electronic copies from personal devices.
6. Breach
Any breach may result in immediate termination, legal action, and claims for damages. The Employee may also face criminal prosecution under applicable laws.
7. Agreement
By signing below, the Employee confirms they have read, understood, and agree to all terms of this Agreement.
